Butter Tarts

Ingredients
4 single crust Pie Shells
2 cups Raisins
1 1/3 cups Butter, melted
2 cups Corn Syrup
2 cups Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Vanilla
8 Eggs
Instructions
Cut 12 circles out of each pie shell to line sprayed muffins tins.
Distribute the raisins equally among the tarts shells.
Whisk together the 5 ingredients for the filling and let cool.
Lightly beat the eggs and whisk into mixture.
Distribute evenly among the tart shells.
Bake at 400F/205C for 15-20 minutes, until pastry is cooked and the filling nicely browned.
