Chocolate Chip Loaf

This perfect semi-sweet chocolate chip loaf is rich, tender, and filled with just the right amount of chocolate in every slice. Ingredients
2 cups Flour
2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Oil
1/3 cup Apple Sauce
3/4 – 1 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
2/3 cup Milk
1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 cup Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet)
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped, (optional)
Instructions
Mix the first 3 ingredients and set aside.
Cream the oil, apple sauce, and sugar.
Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Add in the flour mixture alternately with the milk and vanilla.
Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts (if using).
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350F/180C for 1 hour.
Wait for 10 minutes before turning out onto a rack.
