Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients
Step 1
3 cups Water
1 1/2 cups White Rice, uncooked
Step 2
3 cups Milk
2/3 cup Sugar, or substitute
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Step 3
1 cup Milk
1 cup Raisins
2 Eggs, beaten or Egg Replacers
Add:
2 tablespoons Butter/Ghee
1 teaspoon Vanilla or other flavour
Instructions
Step 1
Boil water
Add rinsed rice, and bring back to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Add to the rice.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes at medium heat until thick and creamy.
Step 3
Add to the rice.
Cook and stir 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Step 4
Add in final ingredients
