Maple Granola

Golden, crunchy, and naturally sweet, maple granola is packed with rich maple flavor in every bite. Made with wholesome oats, nuts, and simple ingredients, it bakes up crisp and satisfying. Perfect for breakfast, snacking, or topping yogurt, it’s an easy, feel-good recipe you’ll make again and again.

Ingredients
3 cups Oats (large flake)
1 1/3 cups Walnuts, Pecans, Cashews or a combination*
3/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
3/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/3 cup Sesame Seeds
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ginger
2/3 cup Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Maple Extract
3 tablespoons Oil, or melted Coconut Oil
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Craisins, or more raisins
Instructions
Mix the first 7 dry ingredients together.
Whisk the next 4 ingredients together well.
Pour wet over dry, and mix.
Spread onto a large rimmed cookie sheet and bake at 300F/150C, for 15 minutes, then stir.
Bake another 15 minutes, then stir.
Bake a final 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and stir in the raisins and craisins.
Stir occasionally while it cools.
Makes about 8 cups.
*Feel free to add extra nuts, up to double the amount
