Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
4 teaspoons Cinnamon
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Apple Sauce
1/2 cup Oil
1 1/2 cups Sugar
4 teaspoons Vanilla
3 – 3 1/2 cups Zucchini, grated and lightly packed
1 cup Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
Instructions
Makes: 2 Loaves
Grease and lightly flour 2 loaf pans and set aside.
Sift together the first 5 ingredients and set aside.
Beat together the next 5 ingredients.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet in three parts; and then stir in the zucchini and nuts.
Bake at 350F for 55 – 60 minutes.
Remove from pans after 5 minutes and cool on wire racks.
